Love this place! Such a nice, quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of LA while still being close to everything.
Pulled in there a while back to see about prices and the owner asked me... "You don't smoke crystal meth do ya?" I answered no, than asked why would you ask me that? do you have a problem with meth here?
I drove by couple days ago and I was surprised at the sites. It was different than what I have seen on their website photos. Rent is very cheap and I like how it is surrounded by nature. I also noticed that they have USPS mail box so it will be convenient for tenants there. I hope they upgrade many amenities and solve low voltage issue that I heard month ago. Also it will be nice to have family friendly playgrounds.

We love this little oasis in the desert. It is green, quiet, clean and well looked after. All the people staying here are friendly and decent, and so is the management. Fantastic spot!!
My husband and I have been here for several months and it's the best place we could have ever stayed. It's surrounded by beautiful nature and it's quiet. Everyone is friendly and the manager puts a lot of work into the park, he truly cares about keeping it nice and safe. I couldn't think of a better place to live. I look forward to coming home every day and get away from the city. It's really an amazing park with phenomenal management.
They have the best price around, too. Which is amazing considering the lots are nice and big and you're not crammed in like sardines as with so many other parks. The manager is great, as well. He takes really great care, not just of the park, but of the people who stay there as well.
