If you dont mind your space rent going up every year and management giving you notices all the time of what to fix than threaten to evict you if bot done in 7 days than by all means buy a house here. Just know it's wirse than HOA and they spend their days finding flaws but will rake months to fix something they are responsible for
We have had a change in management recently and I believe they actually care about this place. I feel they are doing a great job.
A beautiful plays to stay
Management is ridiculous. Parking is always an issue. Made worse by management taking spaces away. They are trying to upgrade park but upgrades benefit them. Water issues, electrical needs upgrades. I can go on and on
Quiet area. Clean and friendly people. Secluded and oem parking for guests
