I visited Public Storage on Via Princess's on 11/21/17. The lady that helped me was named Amanda. She was very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and well kept. I really appreciate the customer service Amanda provided to me and my family.
I had a great experience at the Via Princessa location. Maria was super friendly and helpful with the sign up process. The facilities were clean with secure gate access and plenty of parking.
I wanted an air controlled storage unit so called Public Storage and was referred to this Santa Clarita location. It is so nice and clean and all cement and metal storage units so not wood which can be dark and not feel quite as clean. And the cooler temp is wonderful. I was showed two units by Maria and she was very courteous and knew the benefits of each. She made moving my things easier. Very happy with the service and location. Right near Costco too so very handy!
Just want to share my awesome experience with Maria at Public storage in Santa Clarita. She helped me with some storage items that I wanted to get rid of. I needed to get rid of them asap and she helped me find someone to take them off my hands. She didn't hesitate to help right away. That was such an great experience. Made my day!!!! I'm happy to say Amanda made my Public Storage experience easy, simple and with big relief. She knew from the start that I wanted a storage she had all the information. I was out within 15 minutes or perhaps even less. THIS was very simple to get what I really needed.
