I highly recommend their moving service, however I had many problems with the storage side of their business. You cannot access your vault without an appointment, but they consistently understaff their storage facility so it's difficult to get an appointment to access your own items (think about that). They even tried to turn me away one time because they were too understaffed even though I made an appointment. Very unprofessional at times.
I've hired AQMS on five occasions and have referred many family members and friends to them as well. For a recent move I needed furniture moved from Florida to Santa Clarita and I was blown away by how Kelly took charge and got everything taken care of. I had zero stress about it from that point on. For my local moves the movers with AQMS show up on time, are friendly and professional, and work very hard to get your move done. They are also careful with your belongings. This is one of the few companies out there that I don't have to hesitate for even a second on who to call or when recommending them to family or friends.
These guys were so fast and so good that I also had them get all my stuff from two different storage spaces and they got everything moved in one day! Thanks, Raul, Juvi and Elvis for the greatest moving experience ever!

My first interaction was with Jack when I needed an estimate on the job. Jack is great! He showed up on time, looked super-professional, was completely customer-friendly, was a great listener, had a solution for every need, and just truly made me feel like he and the team have done this a million times and there was nothing odd or tricky about my job that they couldn't handle. On moving day, the crew showed up right on time and got to work. Greg did a great job running the crew and making a very careful inventory of every box and item going into each vault. The guys never stopped moving, never grumbled, were very polite, and just kept on working until the job was done. I didn't have a single moment of feeling like they were handling things too rough or didn't care about my stuff as much as I do. AQMS - you've won my loyalty forever. Great job!
