My Dad was hospitalized after a fall. He has Dementia. Having spent a lot of time in various hospitals for myself or my spouse, I was appalled at the quality of care provided and the general cleanliness of the hospital. The hospital delayed discharge such that they could charge for another day and botched the transportation of my bedridden father from the hospital to home. His health degraded significantly because they restrained him and did not get him out of bed to move around enough. There was an entire day they did not get him out of bed. It was also difficult to obtain accurate and complete status about my Dad. Only blessing was the doctor on duty. He was very caring and helpful.

They keep their chapel locked all day. You are not allowed to stay with your spouse even if he is suffering from Lekumia. They will make you leave. Horrible hospital. I recommend driving a bit further for better care.
The doctor was nice. But all 3 nurses I worked with were rude. There was a guy that came in after a car accident. He was on a stretcher and everything. He was yelling and moaning from the pain and I heard the nurses make jokes about it and one of them even said "wow, how dramatic". I was scared to tell her my pain level because I didn't want her to make fun of me too. Just a terrible experience. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the doctor was nice.
Came to the ER today and right away they tell me nothing wrong with me but I clearly have a huge chest pain and they kinda say it in a nice way that I’m just over reacting. But I’m not the kind of guy to complain that easily and they made it seem like I shouldn’t even belong here. Horrible service just to get even a cup of water, 1 hour it took and still with attitude.
