My nurse practitioner was Valerie Malinowski . Let me tell you she went above and beyond the call of duty, she referred me right away to the proper department so I can get further exams.. next I got to see Sylvia for the paperwork part.. she is a doll!! Thanks Sylvia for all ur amazing help..

Always trying to call them and they never seem to answer. When they do they are extremely short and rude while on the phone. And that's IF you're lucky enough to get ahold of them.
Horrible Clinic. I had an appointment that I was waiting for 3 months. They call me and reschedual for another 3 months because they were moving. When my appointment came I waited hours and it turned out a nurse that was going to see me. Not even a doctor after 6 months of waiting. Horrible staff that barely speak English or listen to your needs. A place like this make me think I was in a 5th world country clinic. I switched the insurance group. Don't make my mistake.
Before coming to this location, I have been treated not so nice for not having insurance, this place treated me like I had the best insurance in the world without having anything. They gave me the best attention possible and thanks to them I am under great medical care!!
Last but not least Carlos was the MAN!!! He got me the proper help, since I got no insurance. He educated me on all the amazing programs that are out there for people with no insurance..
I came in last Monday, to get some medical issues that I needed to address... I was greeted by Isidoro with a warmth smile. The waiting was full and yes I waited for a bit, but it's normal other patients might have more important needs then me.. Claudia was my nurse for the day, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She explained everything step by step and made my anxiety go away, thanks Claudia for being so professional and patient with me..
Receptionists need to be more attentive to the patient's need. I always ask myself if they don't like to interact with patients, why are they working in the medical field???!!! silly-
