I've been a customer for Ashely Furniture for many years ... Alex is a great sales person and very patient , I really like his personally... he doesn't make any difference unless it's a positive way . Great price for my brand new bed!
Delivery was set up on the day of purchase and could be delivered within a week. I was able to confirm the delivery day and time through text messages and a link let me keep track of the order.
Overall good experience. Couple notes...1) I understand that the sales people work on commission but it gets annoying after telling the 5th person you are just looking. 2) I would have preferred to just pick up my single item purchase instead of being required to having it delivered with a $69.99 delivery fee.
Personnel are very friendly. Joseph Lawrence, my salesman., was very friendly, very accommodating. He never pressured us. He was thorough in answering our questions.
Customers usually don’t write reviews unless they have something negative to say. Well I want to take time to write a review on the awesome experience we had this past weekend while shopping for new couches at Ashley’s. The customer service since the moment we walked in was great. The sales guy, Kevin was not pushy and answered all of our questions with expertise. We decided on the merchandise and everything went smoothly. We also met the store manager, Serafin whom was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Our couches were delivered on Monday afternoon and that evening we received a call from Kevin as he wanted to ensure everything was received as expected and we had no issues or further questions. Now this is what I call customer service. I will definitely shop here again.
This Ashley Homestore has a lot of parking and easy to find. It has a large floor plan for their show room and someone is always at the front ready to great you and show you around or answer questions. The first time there, I wanted to look around by myself and was left alone. When I wanted to ask questions, a person was easily available. I went back a second time and on my third visit I was ready to purchase a sofa and love seat. The salesman helped me calculate the total price and reminded me about the Labor Day weekend sale as well as the financing options. I was satisfied with the final price and decided to buy.
