Great staff at the bank. They did reduce everything to just to tell her because they installed additional machines inside to do more functions than a regular ATM.
We've been at this Bank location for 5 years and had nothing but good experience every single time.

Recently opened a new savings account with my inheritance money from my Grandmother, a check issued by her bank. The banker could not be more rude or insulting. Mr. Mendoza says my check looks "fishy" and "not real". Then asked my mother and I twice if we had any idea if the check was authentic or had any reason to believe it wad not real. This is how a bank treats a customer after 10 years. I signed up my accounts when the bank was WaMu and after this treatment I think I will be leaving!
